DJI FAQs

Do I need a licence to fly a DJI drone in Australia?

Drone rules in Australia are set by CASA (the Civil Aviation Safety Authority). Requirements depend on the drone's weight and whether you fly for fun or for work. Check CASA's current rules before you fly.

What is a Fly More Combo?

A Fly More Combo bundles the drone with extra batteries, a charging hub and other accessories, so you can fly for longer. What's included varies by model and is listed on each product page.

What is DJI Care Refresh?

DJI Care Refresh is DJI's protection plan for selected drones and cameras. It covers accidental damage, such as crashes and water damage, with replacement units for a service fee. Each plan is made for a specific product, so check the product name before you order.

Which DJI camera is best for travel videos?

The Osmo Pocket series suits smooth handheld vlogging, the Osmo Action series suits rugged and water sports use, and Osmo 360 cameras capture every angle at once. Check each product's specifications to compare.

Are DJI products covered by warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product. Check the warranty details listed on each product page, or contact our customer support team before you order.
