As New laptops are open box or carton-damaged items in near-perfect condition with no visible marks or signs of use. Other grades are explained on the Refurb & Open Box page.

Do refurbished laptops come with Windows?

Most Windows laptops in this range list Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro in the product title. Check the specifications for each model.

Are refurbished gaming laptops worth it?

Gaming laptops lose value quickly when new, so a refurbished or open box model can offer strong graphics and processing performance for less. Check the GPU, display refresh rate and cooling for the games you play.

Is there a warranty on refurbished laptops?

Can I upgrade the RAM or storage later?

It depends on the model. Some laptops have soldered memory or a single SSD slot, so check the specifications if upgrades matter to you.
