Refurbished Vacuums

Smarter Floor Cleaning for Less

Premium robot vacuums and floor washers can be a big purchase. Refurbished, certified refurbished and open box units give you features such as LiDAR navigation, mopping and self-emptying docks for less than buying new. The condition grade and included accessories are shown on each listing, and the warranty period is on each product page.

Features to Compare

• Type: Robot vacuums handle routine cleaning on their own. Wet and dry floor cleaners vacuum and wash hard floors in one pass while you guide them.
• Docking station: Basic docks recharge the robot. Auto-empty and all-in-one stations can also empty the dustbin and wash or dry mops on supported models.
• Navigation and mopping: Compare mapping, obstacle avoidance and mop type. Features vary by model, so check the specifications.
• Consumables: Filters, brushes, mop pads and dust bags wear with use. Check the listing for what is included and budget for replacements.
• App setup: Most robot vacuums are set up through the manufacturer's app. Check Wi-Fi requirements for the model.

How to Choose

1. Match your floors: Homes with mostly hard floors benefit from mopping or a floor washer. Carpets and rugs need strong suction and good brush design.
2. Decide how hands-off you want to be: A self-emptying or all-in-one dock reduces regular maintenance.
3. Pick a condition grade: As New units look unused, while Excellent grades may show light marks that do not affect cleaning.

Refurbished Vacuum FAQs

Are refurbished robot vacuums reliable?

Refurbished and open box units are inspected and graded before sale, and certified refurbished units are restored by the manufacturer or an authorised partner. The warranty period is shown on each product page.

Will brushes and filters be new?

Not always. Consumable parts depend on the unit and its grade, so check the product description and plan to replace filters and brushes over time.

Can I connect a refurbished robot vacuum to my own app account?

In most cases, yes. Robot vacuums are set up through the manufacturer's app in the usual way. If you have trouble pairing, our support team can help.

What is the difference between a robot vacuum and a wet and dry vacuum?

A robot vacuum cleans on a schedule without you. A wet and dry vacuum is a handheld upright cleaner that vacuums and washes hard floors at the same time.
