Questions
When will my treat arrive?
We email your birthday treat on your birthday, to the email address you signed up with. Check your junk or spam folder if you can't see it.
My birthday is soon. Will I still get it?
Your birthday needs to be in our system at least 1 month before the day. If it's closer than that, you'll get your treat next year.
How long do I have to use it?
30 days from when we email it. It's single use. Full details are in our Promotion Terms.
Is this the same as the Mobileciti Birthday Sale?
No. The Birthday Club is about your birthday. The Birthday Sale is our birthday, a sitewide sale each year around 8 June. See the Birthday Sale.
I didn't get my birthday treat. What now?
Make sure you're still subscribed to Mobileciti emails, then contact us at online@mobileciti.com.au with your name and birthday and we'll look into it.
